Do we have to change our design software?
No. Keep your existing tools. Stonework accepts PDFs, PNGs and JPEGs and handles review, approval and the production handoff.
Does the family need an account?
No. Each required reviewer gets a private link tied to a specific proof version. Their approval or change request becomes part of the job record.
What happens when the proof changes?
The replacement proof needs fresh approval. Earlier approvals remain in the history. A change after production release withdraws the packet and requires a recorded fabricator response before the job can resume.
Can we take our records with us?
The workshop owner can export jobs, original files, approvals, PDF packets and history. If your subscription ends, reading, export and management of already released work remain available.
How does billing work?
Start with 14 days and no card. Subscribe to the monthly workshop plan through Stripe. You can cancel renewal from workshop settings. Your current paid period continues through its end.
Is this a monument design tool or a full shop system?
Stonework focuses on proof approval and production handoff. It does not replace CAD, accounting, inventory, estimating or cemetery rules. Your shop remains responsible for checking the artwork and production details.
