Terms of service

By creating a workshop account or using Stonework, you agree to these terms. Contact lpendeavors@gmail.com with account, billing or service questions.

The service

Stonework organizes memorial proof versions, customer decisions, readiness checks and production handoffs. You must be authorized to act for your workshop and provide accurate account information. Keep your password and private links secure. The owner is responsible for staff access and uploaded content.

Workshop responsibility

Your workshop is responsible for artwork accuracy, spelling, dates, dimensions, materials, cemetery requirements, customer authority, and production decisions. Stonework records approvals; it does not guarantee that a memorial is legally or technically ready for manufacture. Receipt of a packet does not confirm that work has begun or stopped.

When instructions change after release, contact the fabricator directly and record its response. Emails and withdrawn links cannot stop machinery, recall printed instructions, or undo completed work.

Trial and subscriptions

The trial lasts 14 days with no payment card required and includes 500 MB of file storage. The workshop plan is $149 per month in USD, includes one workshop and 10 GB of file storage, and renews monthly after you subscribe through Stripe. Files are limited to 12 MB each and readable PDFs to 50 pages. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

You can cancel future renewal through workshop settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Contact us about billing errors or refund requests; any rights required by applicable law remain in effect. If you do not subscribe or payment fails, new jobs, uploads and releases may be restricted. Reading, export and management of already released work remain available.

Your content and records

You retain ownership of your content and grant Stonework and its providers permission to store, process and transmit it to provide the service. Do not upload unlawful content or information you have no right to use. You can export workspace records. Contact us for deletion or large export assistance.

Availability and limits

We take reasonable steps to operate and secure Stonework. Interruptions, provider outages and errors can occur. Keep separate copies of important files and check production instructions independently. The service is provided as available, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or error-free output, to the extent allowed by law.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict accounts used for fraud, unlawful activity, abuse or attempts to compromise the service. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to export records. You can stop using the service, cancel renewal and request account deletion.

Changes

We will give account owners notice of material service or pricing changes before those changes apply. Rights and protections that cannot be waived under applicable law remain unaffected by these terms.
